Scranifesto 2.0 Is Here

We’re excited to share Scranifesto 2.0 – our bold new strategy for 2025–2030.

This isn’t just a refreshed plan. It’s a statement of intent – a reminder of who we are, why we exist, and where we’re heading. It reflects everything we’ve learned from the young people we work with, and everything they continue to teach us.

The world has changed since we launched our first Scranifesto. Young people today face more complex barriers than ever before: deepening inequality, poor mental health, and an education system that too often excludes. For too many, the system simply doesn’t fit.

At Scran, we don’t accept that as inevitable. We’ve seen what’s possible when young people are met with care, community, opportunity and scran!

Scranifesto 2.0 sets out how we’ll keep building what works: growing our education and employment programmes, scaling our social enterprises, listening harder, supporting earlier, and staying relentlessly youth-led in everything we do.

This is more than a strategy. It’s a challenge to the status quo and a commitment to building systems that work for young people, not the other way around.
