Scransitions is an employability and leadership development programme, empowering 15-19 year old's to take control of their futures. By offering a blend of work experience placements within our in-house social enterprise and bespoke skills development, we support young people to work towards positive futures.

Every young person is supported to identify and access their next training/employment opportunity and access ongoing support after exiting the programme.

Scransitions consists of three distinct areas:

Work Placements within our youth-led social enterprise, where young people take on more responsibility as their confidence grows!
Skills & Personal Development programme where young people set their own learning outcomes and goals to progress towards. Sessions include: wellbeing support and achieving nationally recognised accreditation.
Leadership in Action where young people plan and deliver their own flagship hospitality event, putting their learning in to practice!
