Front of House Lead @ RHCYP

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead Front of House at Scran Café in the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves great customer service, thrives in a fast-paced café environment, and is passionate about supporting young people to build confidence and skills at work. You’ll lead day-to-day front of house operations, create a welcoming space for NHS staff and visitors, and play a key role in delivering our social impact through employability and training.
