I have over 30 years of experience in hospitality, I’ve have worked within all aspects of it but find I get the most out of cooking, it's my passion. Before joining Scran I worked at Social Bite where I got to combine my passion for food with community nourishment, over various experiences I have developed a keen interest in giving back to my community.

I am the Scran Cafe Manager; I manage the café alongside two rockstars (Erin and Jo). I also support Scransitions our work experience placement within the café, currently supporting 4-5 young people. Guiding them on how to run a café along with helping them improve their cooking skills, so they can cook for themselves and their families at home. I love working with the next generation and find it very fulfilling, they need someone to believe in them and help them to realise their full potential.

Outside of work I love being outdoors- camping, foraging, hiking, star gazing, anything outside!
