Before joining Scran, I worked in hospitality, managing kitchens and businesses. This included diverse roles, such as working on cruise ships along Britain's West Coast and on superyachts in America.
While food is my passion, my main drive comes from working with people and being part of a great team as I believe you don’t get results by yourself. I also find it incredibly rewarding to be involved in team training and development.
I joined Scran as their Café Manager. Overseeing the day-to-day operations and facilitating educational experiences for individuals from diverse backgrounds. I accepted this role because it allows me to give back to my local community and contribute to the development of future generations.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring the outdoors. I recently returned from a wild camping trip.
