Catering for the future!

Hannah Graves
Kitchen Manager at RHCYP
I have over 20 years hospitality experience in cafes, restaurants, catering for weddings, community food projects and running my own small food businesses. I joined Scran Academy in July as the Kitchen Manager at the RHCYP.
I absolutely love food and learning about cuisines and dishes and really delving into what makes things taste great, and I am really enjoying working with the young people and seeing their own skills and interest grow.
I have also recently completed a Masters in Global Health Policy, which sparked more of an interest in the politics surrounding food and eating both in the UK and across the globe.
Outside of work I enjoy clothes and fashion, running, reading, and I’m currently studying a French course too.
