Scran Cafe Chef

Before becoming part of the Scran team I went to Scran Academy. I was there for a short period before working in a café for just over a year then returning to the academy. So I’ve been part of the Scran fam for a long time now.

I started as our café assistant and quickly made my way up to being our café cook. If you come into the café you will see me working away cooking and baking. My speciality is Roasted Red Pepper and Sweet Potato soup, I’m always getting requests to make it but I like to mix it up from time to time and keep it interesting for myself and the customers.

I love cooking and outside of work I enjoy cooking for my family and making a Sunday roast. I also have a dog called Dior “my bairn”, she keeps me active.
